Dr. Menadue was inspired to build a physician-led practice group after witnessing substandard care provided by private-equity agency physicians while he was covering shifts at a rural Colorado hospital. As a physician, he understood the needs of patients and healthcare facilities and wanted to bring those insights to practice management.
