MercyOne announced an upgrade to its electronic medical record (EMR) system. Starting May 31, 2025 the system began using Epic, one of the most advanced and widely used platforms in healthcare. This change is a major step forward in improving care coordination, data integration, and the overall patient experience across MercyOne’s entire network including at our partner facility in Oelwein, Iowa.
We’re proud to support this important change in collaboration with our partners in Oelwein. By working together, we aim to help ensure a smooth transition to Epic, empowering clinicians and staff with the tools they need to deliver even more seamless, connected care to the communities they serve.
