We are excited to welcome Allison Richmond as the newest member of the STATUS team. Allison joins us as Vice President of Business Development, bringing a strong academic foundation and extensive hands-on healthcare experience. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and has built her career around workforce planning, operational strategy, and provider recruitment.
Most recently, Allison served at a critical access hospital in Missouri, where she oversaw physician services for both the hospital and its affiliated clinics. As administrative director for providers, she led administrative policy development and key strategic initiatives, with a focus on service line profitability, financial analysis, and improving operational efficiency.
Allison values collaboration and enjoys working closely with hospitals and physicians to strengthen operations and support high-quality patient care. Her addition strengthens our ability to build deeper, more trusted partnerships by bringing thoughtful insight, operational expertise, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. We are ecstatic to have her on board and look forward to what’s ahead for our team!
