We’re thrilled to share that our partner facility, CHI St. Francis Health, has reopened its Hope Unit, bringing vital outpatient mental health services back to the Breckenridge, MN community. This newly revitalized unit offers medication management, individual therapy, case management, and family education delivered by a compassionate team.
This reopening marks an important step in expanding access to holistic, community-focused care and helps to reduce the stigma sometimes associated with mental health needs. We’re proud to support CHI St. Francis Health as they continue to prioritize the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of those they serve and helping more people find the care they need close to home.
